The TS600 circular liner tank is our most versatile tank, and can be utilised for a multitude of applications. They are manufactured to a premium quality for industrial and commercial applications, using non-laminated solid galvanised tank shell strakes. TS600 tanks are fitted with a full containment liner that is secured to the tank shell. Liners are specifically paired to each application to suit the liquid they are storing, providing a long term storage solution.
Tank shells can be manufactured in a wide range of materials, and supplied with standard powder coating or specialist coatings as required by the client. Typical materials of construction are galvanised or stainless steel.
The TS600 is a popular choice for commercial fire and building applications as it offers a cost effective solution for fire water, sprinkler and hydrant water storage. Our tanks are fully compliant to the relevant fire and building codes including AS2304.

Roof Options
All TS600 tanks can be designed as open top or fully enclosed trough deck roofs. Roofs can be manufactured from galvanised steel, stainless steel or aluminium to suit the corrosive nature of the vapour space.
Specification options available include:
- Wall sheet material - Galvabond, hot dip galvanised steel or stainless steel.
- Internal membrane liner: PVC, Aeon, Polypropylene and Polyethylene.
- Standard galvanised roof structure and zincalume sheeting or long-life ZAM structure and ultra sheeting. Aluminium sheeting also available. All roofs are designed to AS/NZS1170.
- Tank suction outlets are provided with vortex plates and grilles to hold the liner in place preventing the liner from being drawn into the outlet flow, potentially damaging the liner and pump.
- Access ladders or stairways are supplied on all tanks. Ladders conform with AS1657. Side entry manholes can also be supplied.
- To meet environmental and aesthetic requirements we can provide a range of standard powder coated finishes to the external panels to suit. In addition custom facades to suit architectural requirements can be designed upon request.
- The TS600 tank can also be insulated to prevent freezing in cold environments, or maintaining moderate temperatures between 20 and 50 degrees Celsius.
- The TS600 tank can also be constructed as an open-top storage tank with UV stabilised internal liner.
