This project required a non-liner TS250 flat floor rectangular tank for fire water storage. Due to the limited amount of space available, the footprint of the tank was 18.8m in length, 4.8m wide and 8.24 metres tall, which resulted in a 750kl effective capacity.
Our engineers developed and designed a unique internal bracing system which enabled the tank to be built to the required height and took into consideration the code (AS1170) for seismic and wind.
This tank required a coordinated effort between Sales and Engineering to ensure that the client was supplied with a fit for purpose product, which would maintain its integrity for years to come.
