  Bryan has over 20 years of industry experience with extensive knowledge of the entire tank industry. Initially based in Brisbane, then in Sydney working for another tank company, he started his own company Tank Services Pty Ltd in 1996. In 2002 Tank Services Pty Ltd began to trade under - The Tasman Tank Co.

Role: General Manager
  Jason worked within the construction industry before commencing work with Tasman Tanks in 1999. Having undertaken courses in both Structural Engineering and Building Construction he is well capable of answering any design or construction questions that arise before or during a project.
Name: Quentin Ryan
Role: Production Manager
  Quentin began building tanks with our company in 1996 and then left to move into a new career. In 2008 he rejoined Tasman Tanks with experience and qualifications in purchasing, management and Quality Assurance.

Role: ANZ Sales Manager
  Ray has over 20 years experience in the Commercial , Industrial, Infrastructure and Residential Construction markets, with extensive knowledge in Manufactured Building Products, Specification Development markets and Senior Management roles. With a focus on Engineered Solutions & Customer Service, we look forward to working with our Industry partners and clients, and providing our value added Service.

Role: Engineering Construction Manager
  Rick has 23+ years of experience in engineering, business development and construction and contracts management in various sectors of the civil, industrial, commercial and residential construction markets. Qualifications in Civil Engineering and Management as well as having worked on some of Australia’s largest construction and infrastructure projects, allows him and his team to ensure the efficient design, supply and installation of the specialist Tasman Tank services available.
Name: Vikki Davis
Role: Technical Manager
Vikki joined Tasman Tanks in 2004 after a long career in the welded tank industry. She began as a Trainee Draftsperson in 1981 and worked her way up through the ranks. Vikki has good knowledge of tank specifications and relevant Australian Standards.
Name: Ron McEvoy
Role: SDM Pacific Islands
  Ron has over 45 years experience in the tank industry. Part of his career was with Gordon Marr & Sons as the Sales & Marketing Manager for 25 years. Ron has been with Tasman Tanks since it was established. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge from dealing with the fire and plumbing industries and hydraulic consultants.

Role: Business Development Manager
  Greg has worked within the Industrial Sector for over twenty years in Senior Management positions, specialising predominately in business development in both the Australasian and international markets, working for both corporate and privately owned companies. Greg has a successful background in the development of Greenfield markets and has a strong focus on customer relationships.
Name: Michael Ziegler
Role: Australian Sales Development – Fire/Building Services
  Michael has 20+ years experience across the commercial industrial and residential construction markets, both in hydraulic installations and engineered product sales from design specification through to construction. He is a licensed plumber with direct commercial/industrial experience having worked on some of Sydney’s largest projects. Michael can assist in offering (or is key) to understanding the customer’s needs and delivering the best solution for your project.

Role: Crew Manager
  Shane has worked at Tasman Tanks since 2004. Coming from a trade background, he worked on sites nationwide for approximately 6 years. Shane has now moved into a Project/Crew Management position where the knowledge gained constructing tanks is now invaluable, servicing his core group of clients and provides the insight needed to provide right crews for the jobs at hand.

The Tasman Tank Co was established in 1996 by the current Managing Director Bryan Aldridge. The company brings together years of experience in the water industry. We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of water storage systems throughout Australasia.tasman tanks

Over the years our market share and reputation has steadily grown, cementing our place as a leader in the water storage industry. Whilst still servicing our traditional fire and building services clientele, the majority of our market is from government infrastructure, industrial mining, rainwater harvesting and waste water. This progression has been achieved by focusing on quality in design, documentation, manufacturing and onsite installation. The two keys areas that are paramount in our design process are quality and cost. This focus has allowed Tasman Tanks to expand its product range and customer base to an international level. In addition to our core range of galvanised steel and stainless steel tanks we are proud to introduce our new fusion bonded range of larger capacity storage tanks for more technically demanding industrial, potable & process water, wastewater applications.

The Staff & Facilities

Tasman Tanks comprises 60 core staff in both Australia and New Zealand. Our team consists of high quality Project Management, Construction, Contracts Administration, Engineering, Drafting & Design, Sales Consultants, Administration/Technical support, Workshop Fabrication, Accredited OH&S Officers, Service & Maintenance people and numerous on-site installation crews.

Head Office is located in Sydney with adjoining factory housing fabrication and despatch; with Head Office adjacent to despatch thus centralizing all areas in one to better maximize quality and efficiency in production.

The company has in-house design and drafting capacity to offer a full service from concept to completion. Overall structural certification is undertaken by an independent engineering company, thus creating no conflict of interest.

Project Management

We have extensive in-house policies and structures implemented throughout the company. These cover Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety Management System, Industrial Relations Management, Environmental Management Systems and Pre-qualification of suppliers. All staff and subcontractors undertake frequent training in these policies and systems. The policies are regularly reviewed by an external auditor to ensure adherence with government and industry regulations.

The organisation chart is shown below. As illustrated, all major projects are overseen by the Project Managers at Head Office and New Zealand Office respectively.

A dedicated Project Manager is assigned to all projects and works closely with a team that includes a Site Supervisor and Contracts Administrator.
